Track29 - world-class entertainment in a world-class venue
The idea of what would ultimately spawn into Track 29 started at Bonnaroo 2010 with the simple question, "Why doesn't Chattanooga get great national touring acts on a consistent and regular monthly basis?". After looking at 14 different locations, seven months of planning and five months of construction Track 29 officially opened its doors on Thursday, September 1st, 2011.
Featuring national touring acts in an intimate setting, Track29’s state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems provide an experience much more on the scale and quality of a concert than a club show. A custom line-array sound system combines the efforts of each and every speaker in the room to make the show sound incredible no matter where you happen to be standing. And, the lighting configurations are simply mind-blowing to say the least.
In addition to an amazing show, you’ll enjoy ample parking with 900 on-location spaces and plenty more close by, a full bar with beer, wine and liquor, convenient coat check and even a outdoor smoking area. Plus, for the ultimate concert experience, rent one of Track29’s Private Suites with comfortable seating, dedicated servers, private restroom facilities and a bird’s eye view of the stage.

TICKET POLICY
GENERAL TICKET INFO
All tickets are sold via TicketBiscuit. All tickets carry a transaction fee, however if you purchase at our Box Office with CASH tickets are discounted back to face value.
Our ticketing provider, Ticket Biscuit, is already setup with Apple’s new Passbook app that is built in to the new iOS (version 6). What this means to our customers is that you can have all of your concert tickets on your iPhone! No need for a physical ticket, just simply show your Passbook ticket at the door and we will be able to scan your virtual ticket! Go ahead and download the new iOS so you can take advantage of this cool feature!
We’ve gotten a LOT of people asking about a loyalty program and we think we’ve found the best one out there. We have partnered with Level Up to deliver some great benefits to our customers. If you spend $200 in concert tickets to Track 29 with Level Up we’ll give you $20 in credit to use! Will Call tickets for those tickets purchased in advance are available during stated Box Office hours. Fan Club tickets will be ready one hour prior to doors of the show. You must present a valid photo ID
THIRD PARTY / RESALE OF TICKETS
Third Party/Resale tickets are accepted on a show by show basis. Show restrictions may not allow you to sell or purchase someone else's tickets. Please refer to the show event page before purchasing tickets from someone other than Track 29.
If you are selling, or if you have bought, someone else's tickets you MUST have the following for entry:
1. A photocopy of the original purchaser’s
2. The last 4 Digits of the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
3. A signed statement from the original purchaser saying that you have permission to pickup the tickets. An example would be, "(Your name) has permission to pickup my tickets. (Signed by Original Purchaser)."

TICKET FRAUD
Track 29 is not responsible for tickets sold via Craigslist, eBay, StubHub, Facebook and other similar websites. Once a ticket is scanned at the door duplicates are automatically rejected. We do not advise buying a photocopy of a print at home ticket. This is the one of the easiest frauds. The best place to purchase a ticket is via our website, the Track 29 Facebook page or the physical T29 box office.
LOST/DAMAGED TICKETS
If you lost or damaged your tickets, please visit the box office during stated operating hours with a
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
No Refunds are granted on ticket purchases unless the headliner cancels. Ticket exchanges are prohibited, no exceptions. If you are unable to attend the show and would like to sell your ticket, you may consider Craigslist, however duplicate tickets will be rejected at the door. Refunds for canceled shows will be issued automatically. If you paid cash please visit the Box Office during stated operating hours for a refund.
GUEST LIST / PHOTO PASSES
If you are on the guest list or have a photo pass you may pick up your ticket/pass approximately one hour prior to doors. Names for the guest list and photo passes are not confirmed until this time and must be approved by both the artist and venue management.

What is Track29?
Track29 is Chattanooga, Tennessee’s premier entertainment venue, offering national touring acts in an intimate setting. Our goal is to provide a quality, exceptional concert experience to every guest who enters our door as well as every act which graces our stage. We’re keenly focused on becoming one of the best music rooms in the United States.
Where is Track29?
Track29 is located on the campus of the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo, at 1400 Market St. in downtown Chattanooga, TN. Conveniently situated, Track29 is just a few blocks away from I-75 and I-24, and is within short walking distance of Chattanooga’s best dining, hotels, nightlife, and outdoor opportunities. Where do I park?
There are 900 parking spots on the property, with 300 surface spots located in front of the venue and a 600-spot CARTA parking garage with shuttle service on Market Street. The spots closest to the venue will cost you $6 and the CARTA garage is $3. Additional parking is available along Main Street. Be sure to check out our new second entrance located at Baldwin Street (off of East Main Street). You can also be eco-friendly, ride your bicycle and park right at our front door’s valet bike stand.
Are there age restrictions on any of your shows?
Yes, please verify the age restrictions of the show you are interested in via the events page on the website or through the box office prior to purchasing tickets. The age restrictions to each show vary and are dictated by each artist's contract. It is Track 29's responsibility to uphold the restrictions set forth by the contract and we cannot allow any exceptions.
What do I need to bring with me to a show?
Please verify the age restrictions of the show via the event listing, prior to purchasing the tickets as to avoid any disappointment day of. A
What is Track 29's Photo, Audio, or Video policy?
Track 29 asks that you please leave all Pro-Rig cameras at home unless you have been granted a pre-approved Photo pass from the venue or artist prior to the show. Point & Shoot cameras only are allowed, No detachable lens. The Photo, Audio, & Video policy will vary by the show depending on the artist's contract restrictions. Where does Track 29 post concert photographs for my viewing pleasure?
Track 29 uploads concert photographs from our pool of in-house photographers into our electronic photo album.
Is Track29 a smoking venue?
Track29 is a non-smoking venue. There is a designated smoking patio right outside the door so you can smoke without missing a second of the music inside. Just be sure and use the ashtrays.
What kinds of concessions are available?
Track 29 offers a full bar with mixed drinks, wine and beer selections so you can party like a rock star. Local food vendors also set up their food trucks or carts around the venue so everyone can be pleased. There are also plenty of great restaurants within a few blocks of the venue.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Tickets, merch, and concessions can be paid for using these major credit cards: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover. No checks accepted. But there’s always cash – and we’ll have an ATM on site for easy procurement of needed greenbacks.
Is there seating available?
Track29 shows are standing room only because we know you’ll want to rock out and dance. There are limited Private Suites with seating available if you want to take a seat. When requested by the artist, seating will be provided in the General Admission area. These will be listed on the show event page, but plan on being on your feet throughout the show.
Are you ADA compliant?
Absolutely. Access to all areas of the facility are ADA compliant.
Does Track29 offer Private Suites?
Track29 is thrilled to offer an upgraded experience in a Private Suite like that of sporting facilities and large arenas. Four ultra luxurious suites are available for rent by the individual shows. These elevated suites hold up to 25 guests and are inclusive of 30 min early entry, VIP parking, separate entrance, private bathrooms, seating on request, and a dedicated private server to create the greatest concert experience available in the region. We also offer catering packages in the private suites at an additional charge. How can Track29 provide an intimate concert experience for various size crowds and bands?
One thing that’s unique about Track29 is that the entire 40X32’ stage and sound and lighting rigs can be moved back and forth within the facility’s 22,000 square feet to scale the room to match the size of each show’s crowd – anywhere from 1,000 up to 1,800 fans. This will enable us to provide an intimate concert experience for acts of various appeal.
